GIRLZ TALK

Girlz Talk was developed to address the social-emotional, physical, and academic development of girls aged 11-18. Using a gendered-focus approach, GirlzTalk designs and implements programs to address gender disparities faced by girls on a local and national level. Girlz Talk annually serves 500+  girls in the Long Island and New York metropolitan area where participants have access to seminars and workshops discussing financial literacy, mental health and wellness, and academic and workforce development.

BOYZ N2 MEN

Boyz N2 Men is a youth leadership and mentorship initiative that supports the academic, personal, and social development of young men ages 11–21 across Long Island and the New York metropolitan area. The program was created to address the need for consistent mentorship, leadership development, and guidance during the critical years of adolescence.

Through workshops, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences, participants build confidence, strengthen decision-making skills, and prepare for success in school, career, and community life. Programming focuses on academic engagement, emotional intelligence, financial literacy, leadership development, and career exploration.

Participants connect with mentors, educators, and professionals who provide guidance and insight into educational and career pathways. These relationships help young men develop accountability, set goals, and envision a clear path for their future.

Each year, Boyz N2 Men engages hundreds of participants through programming that promotes personal growth, leadership, and community involvement.  Working in partnership with schools, families, and community organizations, Boyz N2 Men continues to expand access to mentorship and leadership development opportunities for young men across the region.

#YOUMATTER: Young, Informed,Empowered

Through the Continuing the Conversation: #YouMatter conference, we equip and empower young students with the skills needed to understand the power of their voice. In these sessions we create a safe space for students to express how they feel about the challenges they face in the world. Led by with trained specialists, these conversations are informative and impactful for all attendees.

Collegeology

Collegeology is a one-day power session dedicated to help students and parents navigate through the college admissions process. We not only focus on college entrance exams and college essay prep, students have an opportunity hone their interviewing and networking skills.
