“She is clothed in strength and dignity,
and she laughs without fear of the future.”

- Proverbs 31:25

In recognition of Women’s History Month, on MARCH 18, 2023, women of all ages, ethnicities, and walks of life, will gather for

an exciting and unapologetic celebration of sisterhood, aspiration, and empowHERment!

Now entering its 12th year, “Girlz Talk” is filled with culturally relevant, candid conversations and programs that focus on academic and social topics relating to transitioning into womanhood. Since its inception, the program has educated, motivated, and empowered nearly 5,000 young ladies throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties.

In 2020, we reimagined our work and introduced the Virtual Girlz Talk Self Care Saturdays and “Continuing the Conversation,” sessions offered throughout the year to enhance college readiness as well as focus on today’s most critical issues. Proceeds from “Lifting as We Climb” will help fund the annual Girlz Talk event as well as the year round endeavors. We are leading critical, culturally-congruent conversations through relevant, dynamic and interactive sessions that educate and elevate youths’ awareness of self, society and institutional frameworks.

“Lifting as we Climb” is an opportunity for you to help us help underserved girls locally and nationally. Contributions are tax exempt to the fullest extent of the law.
